I have worked in prisons, psychiatric hospitals inpatient and outpatient, residential facilities, DUI programs. I have worked with dual-diagnosis aka co-occurring disorders, adolescents, geriatric, eating disorders, addicts and alcoholics of all sorts, families and friends of addicts, depressed and co-dependent people.
I teach people how to be there for themselves in a positive way to include how to create the life they would like to have.
I teach people how to show up for their feelings, grieve their losses and move on with their lives.
I teach effective and assertive communication, boundaries, value-centered lifestyles.
I teach creativity, self-care, wisdom building and empowerment skills.
I teach family rules and roles. Dysfunctional and Functional Systems.
I teach meditation, visualization and connecting our subconscious with our conscious minds.
I teach Spiritual Law.
I am passionate about helping people recover their authentic nature.
I love facilitating sessions and groups to inspire people to reinvest in themselves and discover their own wonderment. I am dedicated to service and being a part of the solution in our suffering and struggling world. I am an aspiring Buddhist, 12-Stepper and follower of Science of Mind. I am a grandma, mother, sister and friend.
I believe that the individual person will discover his or her rightful place and path through love and compassion.
We are tribal beings. Created to be creative.
We can learn to release and remove the blocks that stifle our creative, energetic loving flow with ourselves, others and our Higher Power.
We can learn to forgive ourselves and others through acceptance, recognition, response-ability and compassion.
I believe that each and everyone of us wants more than anything else to be moving in love. To be loved and be loving. We simply get jammed up and stuck. Lost in the dark without direction, proper instruction and support. If we give ourselves what we need we have to grow.
We are swimming in an ocean of love. There is enough for all. We are enough. We are designed to be in love.
