I have been sober for 19 plus years and have been working as a professional counselor for 18 of these years. My passion to help others was born out of my own recovery process from the disease of Alcoholism, Addiction, Codependency and Depression. I teach compassion as a way of being and assist people in the art of living their lives from the inside out. I believe that one needs to discover themselves in part, by first recognizing who they are not, and what they don’t want. Learning from the choices we have made in our past is good research, not to be discounted as failure but celebrated as good (information ) data to begin anew. We need to learn how to be gentle with ourselves if we are going to transform our lives, forgive others and move forward. We deserve to have resources, information, guidance and support.
